Alma Sheridan - Managing Director

Alma formed Hotel Solutions in February 2002, and still provides a personal service to all her clients. Alma has worked in sales and marketing for a large proportion of her professional life. She also has had experience working for one of the largest hotel reservations company. In total Alma has worked within the hotel industry for 20 years. Alma along with her team continues to drive and develop the company from strength to strength.

Jane Bradbury - Office Manager

Jane has worked for Hotel Solutions for 3 years on the reservations team specialising in providing accommodation for training courses. Jane is now the Office Manager for Hotel Solutions. Jane has worked in the hotel reservations industry for over 17 years.

Gemma Ratledge - Consultant

Gemma has worked for Hotel Solutions since April 2007, although she has never worked in the hotel booking industry, she has however in the last 5 years been customer liaison officer for British Gas, looking after the engineers and customers, based both in Stockport then transferred to Islington London as there was no one of her caliber in the area. She now loves this industry and enjoys visiting the hotel to enhance her knowledge of the business, therefore improving prospects to further her career.

Joanne Perry - Invoice & Payments Correspondent

Joanne has worked in the hotel industry, mainly in the leisure side for the last 3 years since having her children. Since joining Hotel Solutions in May Jo has looked after all the invoicing for clients and hotels and built a good working relationship with the clients and fellow colleagues. Like most people in the hotel industry the perks of the job are always a bonus, and gives her the opportunity to meet face to face with the people in the hotels who work for the accounts departments.
